It looks chopped to me, but then again, most color scans look goofy (Stack can fix that fer ya).
The serial number is listed as "00" - I assume, if this is real, he deleted the rest of the digits in the serial number like he cropped part of the name of the trust. Too bad he didn't do the same where it is printed on the tax stamp.

My photoshop skillz say this is probably real... the low res scan doesn't help. His M's match across the form. Easy to fake but why would he? I like it....... I need one that says "To Protect Myself from Ungawa"
