I called Henry at Smith Specialities to see if my paper was held up because of the finger prints. Henry advised me that my paperwork just came in today. I will be going to pick up my Gem Tech OutbackII this week.

Congrats!

Did you get local LEO signoff on your form 4 or was it a corp transfer?

I've heard that no LEO will sign a form 4 in the counties surrounding Philadelphia.

Surprisingly almost every county sheriff I've called so far that knew what a form 4 was said they had no problem signing them. I'll have all that information publicly available in the coming weeks.
