I don't know what the heck is going on down there, but I just got my USPS return receipt stamped Date of Delivery May 18 - Sunday! Is that possible?
My last Form 4 had a return receipt stamped over a week after I sent it, which didn't sound likely either - that trip don't take over a week. I never had a PO Box, I'm sure it is stamped when they pick it up (and sign it) just like any registered mail so that one is a little easier to explain - if still frustrating.

My last two form 4s early this year took just over 1 month from start to finish. My most recent form 4 was sent a month ago and my check is not yet cashed. Things are slowing down my friends.

They haven't cashed you check after a month? Man, I better call my bank. This doesn't sound good, glad I did my first transfers when I did.
They may have taken over a week to pick up my paperwork from the post office last time but they cashed my check the same day.

My check was mailed 4/21 and cashed 4/23 ( I pay the extra to get it there quick
 ) ......... went pending on 5/19.I wonder what story is with this check cashing business. I know that they turn it into an electronic funds transfer so the wait time shouldn't be so bad once they actually start the process.
