Machineguns Silencers/Suppressors Short barrel Shotguns Short Barrel Rifles Destructive devices a one time transfer tax of $5 is for all AOWs "Any other Weapons" which includes smoothbore pistols, cane guns, wallet holsters, briefcase guns, gadget guns, pen guns, etc. |

IF the short barreled shot gun was manufactured with a pistol grip (no stock) it is listed as AOW with a $5 tax if the same shot gun would have a regular stock it would be a $ 200 tax stamp.
Note IF you get the pistol grip with AOW and stick a regular stock you will be in violation of the NFA. |
