Wow. Typical of an ex Philly cop. We should all "feel" safe.

LANCASTER, Pa. -- Lancaster police chief Keith Sadler said residents who live near the scene of two Tuesday shootings should feel safe.Samuel Bair, 26, was shot early Tuesday morning as he left a bar in the 700 block of South Prince Street, police said.

Bair refused to cooperate with officers before he died, police said.He died six hours after the shooting.Twenty minutes later shots were fired at a home in the 400 block of Fremont Street.Police believe the Fremont Street shooting was in retaliation for Bair's shooting.
John Frances lives on Fremont Street."What if they make a mistake and come to my house, thinking they have the wrong house and start shooting my house up. No, I'm not taking that chance," said Frances."They're not going to tolerate that kind of behavior and if they have the information, they're going to give it to us," said Keith Sadler, Lancaster's police chief.Police are pursuing leads in both shootings. There have been no arrests.
