Dan - do let us know if you start receiving emails form outside sources. I am curious to see what other people have to say.

You'll notice that the Inquirer would be the first to (rightfully) denounce this or that power grab by President Bush for the ostensible purpose of fighting terrorism. Yet here, with no trace of irony, the Editors are all for a lawless executive branch when it's for the "right causes."

Letters to the editor are always a good thing to try. The Delco Times isn't the most pro-gun of newspapers, and the change in Delaware County from having largely pro-gun representatives to anti-gun representatives is disturbing. Shaping the debate in the media to be more on your terms is an important part of advancing the pro-gun agenda. Papers have a heavy bias against guns, but they are generally willing to print differing points of view.

Thumbs up Re: DanP's op-ed in Philadelphia Inquirer today

DanP,

Eloquently written, and well thought out. Thanks very much.

Gun control is all about controlling people, that is why Dictators are so fond of this type of control.

Thanks again for all the difficult work you have done for us .

If I knew exactly the best words to say like Dan I would write the local papers but I am far from a English major.Maybe someone could draft a pro-gun statement for all of us in the numerous counties to send out to the local papers.Like maybe
Dan's is a start.
