How the hell are those people not in jail, if they are so wantonly ignoring the law? Any person arrested or jailed will have been kidnapped.
Who is going to arrest the mayor for ordering such a kidnapping? Is the cop who actually commits that crime of violence going to be arrested? Wouldn't be a lawful shooting if a person used lethal force to defend themselves against such a criminal?

I still don't understand how they can do this. It's litigation waiting to happen. I will never understand the logic of handicapping the ability of law abiding citizens to protect themselves. As an aside, how long do you think it would take for New Jersey to become inhabitable again if their gun laws were similar to PA?

i hope they do some very obvious ones so people from outside of philly can break them. I would love to be arrested under on of the laws, I have nothing better to do with my time or money minus well sue their ass, and stay entertained at the same time.
