Sarah Palin's husband, Todd, was arrested for DUI back in back in 1986.

It occurred about seven years after Obama's last use of cocaine, to the best of our knowledge, and five years after his last use of marijuana.

i'm tired about hearing who did what and how much. so what if this one did some blow, or that one smoked some ganja. i also don't care who got head from who. it makes no difference what indiscretions someone made in their past. i care about our future.

That's a good point, but when it is being used to detract from one candidate (Palin's husband was arrested and convicted of DUI at 22 years old BEFORE they were married) the ones detracting must be scrutinized also. I also don't like that the fact that Obama can be praised for being hip referring to drug use as "smoking some weed and doing a little blow." While the same people rail against a woman who has a child who made a poor decision and is living with the repercussions (whether or not she kept the baby would have repercussions), having a husband who has had a DUI, etc. Also I can't tell you how many times I have heard Bush referred to as a drunk druggie. That was the PAST.

Refresh my memory but wasn't there some flap about McCain's daughter?

Wasn't B.H.O. born to a underage unmarried mother?

What the hell does any of this have to do with the ability to perform the job?

It is just getting started and I am already tired of the digging for something to make her look bad.

I don't see why people's personal affairs have any gravity on what people think of them. It is about job performance...I don't care if you are a raging alcoholic, stoner, or engaging in any other kind of "non acceptable" behavior, if you are capable and perform well at what you are supposed to do then I have no problem with you. I don't understand why people make it such a big deal that so and so did this or that so and so daughter's a whore...really who cares? Also funny thing about the people running the campaign against the other is they usually have a skeleton in their closet which comes out down the road.

On top of that, the last time I checked, Sarah Palin's husband wasn't running for office. Will someone check if Michelle Obama likes butt sex? If she does, she's a whore, if she doesn't she's a prude. That's how it works, right?
