No joke and I too have spent time in real cities from East LA to Hunts point and East NY Brooklyn.
My point is that the racial, social and economic climate of these small pods of real city type living exist right here in what we used to think of as white landia. Although they are smaller geographically and population wise the same mentality exists. Per capita crime is even worse sometimes in the smaller areas.
