If my mind serves me well, didn`t the NRA also have a deal with anti gun McCarthy of Long Island N.Y.? This why I HAVE NOT RENEWED WITH THE NRA. Either stand and fight or sit down and shut up. Got tired of all the mailings, got tired of Wayne on Safari on my dimeand so on.

The NRA is forcing DC to adhere to Heller. As for, "Some Republican leaders are angered that the NRA has been negotiating with Democrats rather than holding their feet to the fire." Screw the Republicans. It's about gun rights, not party affiliation.
