Angry Re: DC rejects Heller's gun permis application

The US should just pull out of DC and let it eat itself.

This is the same city that had a crackhead mayor and has elected him again to serve on the City Council.

How in bloody hell was that vote even close? How in the bloody hell can they justify this shit? There should be repercusions for a city/county/state that has a law deemed unconstitutional and further penalties if the laws are not adiquately (sp?) altered.

Wow, kinda like if the Feds did this...

It is illegal for any person to solely possess or have in possession or under their control or to use without government and civilian authorization any nuclear device.

As defined in this section, nuclear device is any firearm up to and including an actual nuclear device.

Hah, under that definition a lot of smoke alarms would require authorization as well.
