With Heller establishing many of the protected reasons to keep and bear arms...

When are we going to see all of the 'sporting use' restrictions go away? It seems to me that reading through 922 and other annoyances for the people in importing, acquiring, or using firearms, there seems to be many relegations to sporting use or target shooting. That would, after Heller, be more silly than it already was in the first place.

How long do you think it's going to take for that to get challenged (and why shouldn't it?)
