Casey and Specter are spineless twats. They both disapproved of the telecom immunity and still voted for the legislature to "protect our constitutional rights." Tell me how spying on Americans without probable cause protects our rights? Anyone?
Specter's own words: "I chose to give law enforcement the extra power to fight terrorism even though I would have preferred a different balance on protecting constitutional rights." What a joke...
