Default Is there SGL here in Monroe we can use?

Just wondering, I've seen people mentioning it on the forums here and there. Not exactly sure what defines state game land, or what rules are to be followed while discharging firearms when within. A couple friends and I recently bought several rifles, we plan on going hunting for the first time this year, and the ranges in the area don't offer an adequate range for practicing with the rifle, if at all. Thanks all!
