My only experience with squirrels have been good. I had a pet one I named George that came around when I was shooting my pellet gun on my back porch nearly ever day. He was cool, he wouldn't attack you like the psycho killer crazy mo fo in the story

I had one bad exp with oone of those bastards. My littel brother could no shit sneak upon animals when he very small. We were in Baker Park down town frederick Md. He sees this animal on a tree and decides he's gonna grab it. He actually did manage to get ahold of the little bugger which instantly gets all pissed and turns and bites my bro on his hand. Instinctivlely jamison launches the demon and it lands on my shoulder. We made eye contact for a moment then he lunges and sinks his teeth into my left ear. I manage to remove the bastard from my ear, but he went all tyson on me and kept a small piece. Long story short. Little brother and I spent a few hours in Frederick Mem Hops getting rabies shots. And this was in the early 80's, when they gave those really big damned shots in the lining of your stomach. Fuggin squirrels.

The power company must have done something to keep them out now, but for several years they used to get into the transformers and fry themselves, and in the process knock out our power about 3-4 times per year.

I was rounding a right hand twisty going uphill when I caught a blur in the corner of my left eye. I lifted my leg just in time to look down and watch the blurr collide with my chrome engine, under my upraised leg.

I was five minutes from home so I waited. When I pulled into the driveway and got off, sure enough, there he was lodged between engine and the biketubes.

I could only imagine what I beak could do to flesh at those speeds.
