Coustain, There is a great little range out by the airport. Hormtown rifle club. Snob factor ZERO. Covered 200yd benches and an indoor .22 range.. Great folks.

Brockway hand gunners. If you are looking to shoot practical pistol or dingers, this is the place.... Pretty informal bunch but saftey first. Also shoot .22 at 25, 50, 75, 100 meters... Shoot most Sundays...

Anywhere I can shoot 9MM, .38 and .357? I don't own a .22 lol. I have a POS .25 Raven though

Brockway can accomodate anything you want to shoot!!! Just be sure you are not shooting up the .22 targets.... We tend to get a bit owley when we find our light guage targets all shot to hell..... Hormtown you can shoot anything out side... The indoor range is for .22 only..

Just about everything is fun to shoot. M14's would be good, but rather expensive $1500-$3500 for a new rifle. And .308/7.62Nato ammo being expensive these days.

If you are set on a semi-auto for target shooting, an AR15 variant can be had for about $650 and ammo costing less than half of what the 308 ammo costs. $650 guns really dont have "target" quality barrels, but are accurate enough for can shooting.

If you plan to hunt here in PA, neither would be a viable choice unless you cut off an arm.

A bolt gun can be had for $300-$1000 for target with a near infinite range of cartridge choices.
