EGW and Jim Garthwaite have both been recommended to me. Garthwaite was the 2004 Pistolsmith of the year, according to his website. I have never used either of them. There is a guy in Mercersburg, I think other people here have used him and I have a friend that used him and recommend him to me. I think his name is Don Horowitz. There is a guy on emmitsburg rd I think, but I think he mainly (only?) does single action revolvers (read: cowboy action)
