Default (Blair Co)Gunsmith needed for barrel work

I'd like to get the barrel of my 22lr rifle set back to 16 1/2 inches and have the front sight moved back (its affixed with screws so it would just need drilled/tapped and screwed back on). Does anyone recommend a smith around the altoona area?
Thanks for your help.

Halo23pa,
I have had work done by Dick Yon from Riggles Gap Gun Shop and he did a very good job. He is easy to deal with and provides great customer service.
