Default gunsmith needed

im in clarion, pa. i need a gunsmith or machinist that can remove the rear open sight, and add a forward "scout" rail and a receiver mounted aperture sight to a cz 527 carbine.

seems simple enough, but i doubt i would get it right on my own.

let me know who could do it, or if you can, how much you would want to do it. thanks
