Default Timney trigger installed in AR

I just put a 4lb skeletonized timney trigger in my Spikes Tactical AR lower and I want to make sure it is working correctly.
Installation went fine, everything seemed to line up and tighten correctly. The unusual thing is that there is no play at all in the trigger. When the safety is on the trigger feels like it is bolted into place. You cannot get the slightest movement in any direction. With the safety off there is no slack, you just apply pressure until it breaks (crisply I might add). This is the only trigger I have ever had that did not have some sort of take up before engaging. Everthing seems to be working fine, I just want to make sure that this is normal.
I am concerned that even though it is reseting, maybe everything is lined up so exactly that there could be a chance it would not reset or something. I am not finished with this build so I cannot fire it yet to see how it performs. Is it normal for a Timney to feel like this? Does it need to be adjusted to add slack?
