Smith and Alexander is the name of the company that makes the magwell. It's a good unit, I have one on my Lightweight Springfield Government. Though I prefer Ed Brown Maxiwells on my .45's, the S&A is a great magwell and lots of people love 'em.

Well the good news is it appears I saved $10.00 buying the magwell from Kimber AND I got two less expensive OEM spring tune up kits too all shipped in the same box.

That's rare that you save money at the manufacturers parts store.

I did pay for the spring kits the were just substantially cheaper than other springs suggested in this thread. I didn't want you to misunderstand.
