Looks like a clean shop... nice build there.
I was able to fab up a rig to press in a barrel with no press, just a vice and some good old fashioned injinutiy Even sat in the frist time, perfect headspacing (I tripple checked).Pressing out the retaining pin is also easily done with a good steel bolt, smaller than the pin, of course, ushed on by a vice. Helps when you have steel plates set up to allow for the pin to come out though. Wouldnt mind having that setup to work with though, would of taken a lot less time.

Drill the fsb, insert a spring, insert a pin into the hole you just drilled?

drive the pins out with a small punch.
find an open end wrench that fits around the bbl behind the fsb. support the wrench and gingerly drive the bbl out with a large brass punch. make sure you hit it square to keep from ruining the therads. place new one on and put the butt of teh rifle on the ground, use the same wrench on the front of the fsb, tap around the wrench till the holes line up.
