Question Grander Mtn.

Anyone had any work done @ the Harrisburg, Pa. Grander Mtn.??? Having trouble with the slidelock on my Beretta 84. It is still under their warranty. Hoping they will send it back to Beretta on their dime!!!!!!!!

THANKS!

My experience with smiths in general is - if you bring it to them, they will work on it and charge you.

If its under warranty, just arrange with a local dealer to send it back to Beretta. You can do it yourself via UPS, Fedex, etc - but most will give you a hassle about shipping a firearm. The never hassle dealers, well maybe not never.

Oh, and I read/heard some unpleasant things about the Gander Mt. smiths around the country. ...Not sure if any complaints were about the Harrisburg store though.

Just my opinion..

if its the free then i'd have no qualms about it, even if he screws up its doubtful he'll make it all that much worse for the next smith anyhow.. They may even just send it back at their cost
