Philadelphia National Guard Armory Gunshow Mar 29/30 (2700 Southampton Rd, Philadelphia, ?): March 10th, 2008

I'll be in my regular spot, straignt dow the 1st row in the main room, along the wall on the right against the wall, just before "Top Hat" in the corner.

IMPORTANT DEALER/VENDOR INFOMATION

The show's promoter has informed me that Dealers/Vendors cannot get into the building for set-up on Friday, March 28th until 3:00 pm

Set-up time will be extended until 10:00 pm on Friday night.

The Armory personnel need to use the building in the morning for an military function.

Show hours for the public on Saturday & Sunday remain unchanged.

I am planning to go to this show to pick up a glock or similiar pistol this weekend. I have no experience with gun shows. What should i expect? Are the deals pleanful or few adn far between. What could i expect to pay for a G17?

How is this one???? I am use to the Valley Forge and Harrisburg shows.

There are always deals to be had at a gunshow, you just have to look for them.

Ed's Sport Shop (main room - yellow banner "Ed's Open") usually has some excellent deals on Glock pistols. His wife Vicki", takes care of the magazines and accessories section.

Zeller's (main room - "Olympic Arms" banner) would also be a Dealer to hit.

In-Site Firearms (main room - end of 1st row) has lots of pistols and rifles.

Stoneybrook (main room - left side wall) All they carry is handguns.

There are always several other Dealers in the room - just look and don't be afraid to ask question.

ME (main room - end of 1st row along the wall/bleachers) I'll be in my regular place. Stop and say "Hi" and check out my many gunparts available, even some for Glocks.

It's smaller than either the VF & Harrisburg shows. But don't be fooled that size matters. There are vendors here that don't attend the other shows (like Me, for example !).

There's a table at the front of the main room 2nd row that has pretty good deals on ammo, I can't remember their name but look for the good looking younger girl with tight jeans, she's the reason I don't remember the name.
