thank you. im getting ready to send it to rifle dynamics to get some stuff done and refineshed but i think im leaving the wood the way it is.

FYI you *will* devalue your firearm by having refinished. It shouldn't be a big factor now, but most AKs substantially increase in value after importation ceases. The Chinese pre-1990 models AKs originally sold for $275-ish fixed or folding, 7.62x39 or .223 Remington. Your gun, your choice. I leave mine alone unless they need repairs.

thank you., but i really didnt buy it for investment and i dont really see these being worth as much as some others anyway but who knows. i cant see why someone would rather have a sar1 with canted sights and none of the evil features an akm should have over one thats been ovehauled by rifle dynamics. buts thats why theres collectors and shooters.
