Cool! Sadly, I come up short in the shotgun department. I only own one and it's a .410! LOL I really need to pick up an 870 or 500. I just don't know if I would end up using it much.

Yours are very nice.
I only have one, and I shot it few times at the range. (Not into hunting)
I figured that I would get at least one. Good home protection firearm. (Mossberg 930 semi auto entry /w breaching muzzle)
Every collection needs a shotgun.

I have the Benelli zeroed in at 65 yards with 3in Magnum slugs (talk about rocking your shoulder....fire off a box of 5 you will be pretty sore the next day!), very good groups at that distance. Your not really going to get a farther shot than that in DE in the woods. Anything after 65 yards is a gamble in my book for a slug. Although they do group fairly nice on a 8in target at 100 yards.

I also seen there was a company making 3 1/2in Magnum slugs i think it was winchester.....might have to try them out....but I like my shoulder being attached to my body

I shoot 3.5" mags out of my 24" rifled Mossberg 835 Ultimag Slugster. They are Lightfield Commander IDS controlled expansion slugs. Here's one next to a 2.75" shell:

They are dead on at 100yds and only about 2" low at 125yds. No BS I'm serious. But they aren't my favorite anymore. I just got a hold of the new Remington Premier AccuTip Bonded Sabot Slugs a couple of weeks ago and they are awesome. It's like shooting a rifle, accurate as hell. Here's a ink to some info on these bad boys:

Pretty sweet looking too:

It's a shame slugs are so expensive though, at least for a high quality slug. Those 3.5" Lightfields are about $15.99 for a box of 5 at the cheapest place i know. The Remington Accutips are $18 in 2.75" and $20 in 3". I also like the remington buckhammers. They have worked in the past for me but not at long ranges, more like the 65yds. that you are shooting already.

I also have a Verona...can't beat it from a price point perspective.

Only other shotgun I have is the S17.
