Default Stinger Pen Gun

I got to fondle this little bad boy today at work. One of my co-workers owns it. It's a Stinger Pen Gun made by R.J. Braverman Corp in .25 auto caliber. It's a single shot and cocks when you bend it into firing position. You have to unscrew the barrel to load the cartridge. Neat gun! Reminds me of James Bond!

Sorry for the last 2 pics my work camera kinda sucks at close-ups...

Are they still in production, or did they close up shop in 2003-2004?

I believe they are out of production now. All I could find on the internet was police warnings about these things being highly concealable and dangerous to officers!

Nice pen...

Not that I would advocate it, but I wonder how easily these would be to get through security somewhere. With the lax security guards, I would be pretty easy. But would be damn hard to aim.

So has he ever shot it?

And just had to get the damned bulldog in there, didn't ya

My point is that I always carry a black pen, sharpie (or two), red pen, as well as lots of other good stuff in my pockets. Just throw it all in the basket as you walk through the metal detector and pick it up on the other side....

Kinda scary.

the basket goes threw the x-ray machine... but you could probably get a 1911 threw if the right person is on security that day.. Not sure i'd try it though

He has shot it a few times and it is very hard to aim! I just slid the bulldog hat pin in there to judge size. It the only thing I had laying on my desk at the time! LOL

I'd like to shot it a couple times, but they frown on discharging weapons here at work!

Not at my courthouse. The last time I went in, I threw my stuff from my pockets in the basket on the table to the left, the wife put her purse on the x-ray machine to the right, I stepped through, grabbed the basket still sitting on the table, and reloaded my pockets. One guard watched the x-ray, the other watched us walking through the metal detector waiting with wand in hand in case it beeped.
