It's a consignment gun. It was still there today. The asking price is $495.00!
The gun has quite a bit of holster wear. It looks like it comes with three mags.
I think it's been there for about a month or so.

I picked up one for the same price from a dealer. It was a non-fired factory demo with warrantee and night-sights. The factory verified its status. It does have some nicks and cosmetic wear and only came with one magazine. The action is very impressive-real smooth. Grips fit my small hand great. I just hope I can get used to double action only. Congratulations on your good buy!

Great gun and a great buy... I'm going to have to see if my local shop has one... I would love to buy one... Nothing a little cold blueing can't fix for holster wear...

I've already started to fall in love with the Double Action Only trigger on this thing. It was a bit wierd at first. But the more I shoot it. The easier it seems to be to handle. Not having any safeties at all, is really nice. If the grips weren't that thick, I would consider it for the better half. But her hands are a bit to small for these grips I think.

I love the littel PSP logo. It makes it stick out and a bit of a conversation piece.

And, as you can see on the pics above. It shoots pretty darn good. Considering this was the first time I shot it. Can't wait till I actually get use to it.

No, but I did have a big stupid grin on my face for a long time, as I fondled my new toy.

Thumbs up Re: Beretta 96D .40 Caliber

Nice looking firearm. The agency I retired from had issued the 96D Centurion, (shorter slide) a few years before they went to Sigs. If you carry for self defense please consider the latchable slide demount lever. Otherwise the slide can be stripped off your weapon before you realize it.

got my ex police 96d today and i am very happy with my purchase. for 430.00 canadian it is a good deal. the only thing that is wrong with it is a little bit of blueing on the slide that shows a bit of wear, other than that the gun is excellent condition. hope to get some ammo loaded up and give it a try at the range.

I can only imagine what a harrassing LEO would think if he took that off of you... Very nice gun though!!!! I love guns with markings (one of my Yugo AK's has markings from the Bosnian War)
