Another shameless plug for Ron Paul, this was in the side links of that poll.

There has been a 8% point swing our way in just the last 10mins.

Hey I helped our side and voted just now.
I cringe now after the VA tech shooting which will fuel the issue of gun controls. |

Vetter -
I know what you mean, I worked from home today and was flipping back and forth from CNN, FOX, & MSNBC. Every channel brought up the GUN Control debate. I didn't catch his name but a rep from the Brady Bunch was on almost every hour.

While i agree about the fueling the agenda of the anti-gun efforts. I believe that there are too many factors in the shooting that draws attention away from the guns themselves. The mishandling by the police, the lack of information by the VT Administration, and other factors. Firearm owners across the country will be ready to fight and i do not fear any significant backlash from this.

I have to agree with Ronin.
I will add that the events in VA-Tech are a pretty good example of how bad gun control laws may actually cost more lives than they save. Edit: at the time I voted, we were winning, 62% to 38%!
