All of you guys come move to New York, help me vote out the mentally challenged politicians that are trying to ban semi-automatic pistols with removable magazines...then move back and go about your business in the land of the free. But thats just my suggestion.

Honestly? I believe all the following are federal, not state, but.....I think the '86 ban on newly manufactured MGs for civilians is totally BS, effectively pricing these arms far above what the 'average joe' can afford.
Repeal the '86 ban, then the '68 ban, then the 1934 NFA. Let us buy Thompsons mail order from sears and roebuck again! yee haw!

I think realistically lifting the "ban" on barrels coming in with parts kits, and prohibiting the demilling of complete arms and then having them reassembled by CIA monkeys is feasible. These aren't even laws! They are "rules" enacted by the paramilitary branch of the IRS (BATFE), and are as unconstitutional as their parent organization.

I'm for a formal re-education of law enforcement regarding 2A rights.

Full tear down back to letter for letter 2A as it was initially written. And the meaning we all know it holds. That's where we stop.

repeal of the statute making it unlawful to carry a long gun in a vehicle unless you're en route to or from a shooting range.

Another one I would like to see corrected is the need for a LTCF to carry firearms in vehicles when the state is an open carry state.

That, and repeal the need for an LTCF to OC in a city of the first class.

There is no law prohibiting transporting of a long gun to/from a range, or any other place for that matter.

So you can transport a long gun in a gun rack in your truck still?
