The full story is just crazy. Hang in there bro! I've got your back if you need anything, you know how to reach me. Once I get a chance to talk to the better half I'll see what we can do to help you out with the sale items.

I PM'd you on the purchase of a few of your items... for some reason I couldn't post to the sale thread itself... something about forum permissions for my id?

I was going to buy a .380 over the next week, but a bro in need is a bro in need.

Wow! Honestly, I don't know what to say.

I will say, that you handled the situation the right way. Especially when they were in your home. A lot of other people would have probably been taken out in cuffs too. Rep for you.

It really makes my blood boil, when they said that this is what they are doing, but can't give you a reason or explanation as to...why?
Very unprofessional IMO.

I am glad that your stuff was returned, and I hope everything works out in your favor. Your girlfriend sounds like she really needs you by her side, so I say good luck to you both...and I am checking out your stuff right now.

Ronnie,

I'm sorry I don't have any legal advice but I wanted you to know I read the whole thing and I am sure there are LOTS of things the officers did wrong here. I hope your attorney can help you get it all sorted out. I will also keep your g/f in my thoughts and prayers for whatever she is going through. It doesn't matter what is wrong. I am no one to judge anyone. I just hope she feels well again.

Dude, that sucks. I'm glad that you are going to try to fight this, where do these cops come off stealing your property when you have done no wrong? I don't understand how they could even file domestic assault charges without your consent if you were the one she allegedly assaulted, that seems crazy.

Dave, do you see now why people have a bad taste in their mouth for the police? If there weren't so many of these stories out there maybe people would have more respect for the popo.

What the fuck!!!!! Yet again the police do what ever they want whether it be illegal or legal. This really sickens me, the illegal search and seizure the more than lengthy time it took to return your personal private property. Yet again this type of illegal activity goes unchecked. There was zero reason to remove your property, zero!!!! The "threat" if you will was removed and all was serene. Yet another witch hunt, I would talk to your lawyer and see if any type of action that can be taken. I don't have much, but you P.M. and get my info if there is anything you need or I can help with. That is an order!!!!

Holy Fuck Man!

That just proves my belief to never, ever, call the cops unless its 100% necessary (someone just broke in, somebody is bleeding to death, ect).

WoW.

Wow! What a bunch of bs. I wish I understood more about the issues you find yourself involved with.
I can only hope better days are ahead, and that you find satisfaction both personally and legally.

Best of luck, and don't be afraid to ask for help!

What's worse is that NineseveN called for EMS and got the police instead. (I could be wrong here, but that's how I read it)
