It sucks, but maybe if people actually read and understand the terms and conditions of every website they join, they would understand that it's a bad idea to put too much personal information out there like that.

I don't agree with facebook giving up the info but lets not say the users are not without fault either.
This comment pretty much summs up my opinion on the subject.

Well, to add, why in the world people put up personal information and pictures of themselves is beyond me.

Only thing I use myspace/facebook for is to "borrow" chicks pictures to set-up fake "escort" adds linking back to their myspace/facebook page. Not really. But it sure sounds like fun.

I thought the article made it sound like it was just pictures of him with his AR and the employer took that to be a threat to safety.

That would be no different than everyone at the group shoot being fired.
