Are PA residents protected unlike VA residents? If not how can we get it that way?

You may bee late on this I know I am very late. (look at the dates) Still EVERY gun owner should see this along with every other similar and related article and news story. The two black men were the best. On the left you have the liberal leftist media man who said he ran three papers and said we should blame the government (who was probubly republican at the time) and the black man on the right who said why did the paper need to run the story. I say if its public record fine why does the media need to wast there space on it.
Finally I don't have a permit right now (don't need one, have tin) but my wife has one and she protects the den. I allways use coution everywhere. So I say I don't care who knows, I invite them to find out and stop by. We will be happy to save the tax payers (liberal and conservitive) alot of money.
