Default Gun Sales Law Guideline Sticky now posted....

A BASIC gun sales guidelines sticky has been posted in the Firearms Sales section.

This is NOT a comprehensive listing of laws, these are mere basic guidelines to follow.

It's suggested that you read up on and learn about the pertinent laws before selling firearms.

http://www.pafoa.org/forum/firearms-...g-selling.html (Notes on Federal and Pennsylvania Firearms laws, buying/selling...)

Keep safe,

Jay Bell
