WTB 1911: RIA Tactical or SA Mil-Spec (not G.I.)

I'm looking for a good, used, fairly basic 1911. However, my middle-aged eyes can't handle the WWII-style government sights. So I'm looking for one of the following: Rock Island Tactical, Springfield Armory Mil-Spec (not the G.I. version). I'd also consider a Norinco, or a Sistema, if the front sight is more of a Novak style than the original G.I. sights. Not looking for a spendy gun with lots of bells and whistles or custom work; utilitarian but with good sights is the ticket. I'd prefer a FTF in W. PA, somewhere in the Pgh area. Like to avoid paying shipping. Thanks.

Reminder:
In Pa., handgun transfers must be processed by an FFL unless the transaction meets the exceptions of 18Pa.C.S.6111

Which means that for the type of purchase you desire, the seller will be obligated to transfer the handgun to you via an FFL unless they are your parent/child/grandparent.

FTF of a handgun ($ wise) is fine, as long as it is done at an FFL so the FFL can process the SP4-127 form for the seller.

Thanks for the catch. Didn't mean to suggest that I wanted to avoid PA transfer fees; meant to say I didn't want to pay shipping on top of transfer fees. OP corrected.
