Why dont they hand out something like this when you buy a gun, or when you get your LTCF ? All they give you is flyers on stopping terrorism and how great gun locks are.

agree 100% or even have these on the counters where the guns are being sold?? lol.. that might just make sense.

I just opened and printed myself a copy. Going to take it and get a bunch of copies printed up so I have them with me all the time.

I just checked the file, downloads and opens fine.

Could be your browser PDF plug-in. Saw this happen with someone else.

Instead of clicking the link, try right clicking and then choose "save as" or "safe file to" to download the file rather than your browser trying to open it.
