Yep, I forget the minimum version required but this is a common issue. Just update Adobe Reader and you should be fine.

Ok, it still doesn't want to cooperate with me. I'll try it on the husband's laptop later and see if that works. If not I'll be back to whine again.

Are you right-clicking and selecting "save as".... Or are you left clicking?
If you left click the link your browser will try and open the file in your browser window. You want to save the file by right clicking and selecting "save as" or save to disk from the context menu that pops up.

Yeah, I tried saving it and then opening it...nothing worked. I just grabbed his laptop and hooked that up to the printer because it opened up just fine on his. Now mind you HIS adobe version is 7 something and mine is 8 something so I don't know how it is that mine would not be the more recent version...doesn't 8 come AFTER 7? Anyway, all is well now. I can just throw it in the scanner if I want more copies.

OK although i know better to carry when i am drinking, i am still curious. Are there any "laws" about carrying in a bar, beer distributor, or liquer store? Also , if one were to be intoxicated and get caught with a loaded firearm (NOT a DUI) i am assuming the concequences would probably result in loss of LTCF?

Nope. All are perfectly legal to carry in, unless asked to leave by an 'agent' of the business. Refusing to do so would likely result in being charged with trespass.

There are NO laws restricting your carrying of a firearm in any of the establishments you mentioned.
Theoretically, if you acted stupidly enough, you might get your LTCF revoked which, of course, you could always appeal. Now, if you become classified as a habitual drunkard, that just might make it a little bit more difficult to overcome. Beware of youthful indiscretions, they can come back and bite you in the arse.
