you're gonna have to buy a lot of beer/wine to make up for the cost of that permit... Isn't it somewhere around $100?

$117 for the permit itself, IIRC, plus you have to pay for a class, fingerprints, passport photos, notary...

I already took a saftey class a couple of years ago which was NRA certified,also the fingerprints cost nothing because I went to the PA State Police, and the notary was free because my wife is on eand she has friends that are notary and did me a favor. so it only cost me for the application fee so for $100.00 I can travel in and out of Delaware where my parents live armed.
