The police report is absolutely ridiculous, as are the official statements from the city representatives. I do have one question, though: How much of the incident is actually on tape? I know Pa. Patriot's wife was asked to stop recording, but did she? Sorry if this has already been covered... I probably missed a page or two of this thread.

I knew this would happen. I was away on a business trip for a few days and now I see over a hundred pages beyond what I last saw. I read a few, but don't think I'll be reading them all. What is the status?

I see that the police are circling their wagons and are defending their illegal actions. No surprise there.

Did Pa Patriot get his gun back?

Are charges still being filed? Against who?

Good question about the video. How did it come out? Did it catch most of the incident?

It seems like PA Patriot will have more than enough ammo to deal with these goons. I hope you hit them with every charge possible, including falsifying a report.

There were TWO managers on that evening. The female had no issues with us OC'ing. It was the other MALE manager who called 911 (the recorded voice IS male).

And, ironically, JaWarrior will confirm this.....but the male manager is the one who originally told Jawarrior that he had to cover his firearm (many weeks earlier) - which is the very incident that led to the organization of the dinner.

The female is cool - she's never given me a problem.
I've never paid attention to the guy cuz I'm not familiar with him.
He screwed OC twice. Calling the police was within his right.....but NOT in line with the logical steps of 'Problem Resolution' (the apparent complaints of customers) - maybe he was afraid to approach the group???
