They use words like "Permit" to make it sound not as acceptable to the general public reading information they don't know much about.
You are permitted (by us) to do that. Using a word like "License" is official, just, and a RIGHT. Healthcare providers have a license, drivers license. The choose wording to control thoughts of those that don't think for themselves. They need to provide information that informs the general public. Educates common citizens. Let them know what their RIGHTS are, and gives them a path to do so.

This shit just keeps getting better and better...Do we now have to tell them which firearms we are going to carry with us? I also can not understand how the police can respond like they did just because people are "afraid". I am scared to death half the time when I drive on these roads with all of the stupid f*cking drivers. But I don't call the police. Unbelieavable..... Good luck PA Patriot, I have been silently following this ordeal and trying to bite my bottom lip. If there is anything I can do to help just PM me.

WOW!
Comment: NO such thing as a "registered" gun in PA, so in their report that "he cannot carry a firearm that is not registered" appears blatantly wrong. Question: Additionally the ADA stated that "a person cannot carry a firearm that is registered to someone else." Is there any such law or is this completely bogus too? I ask because I treat "our" firearms (husband and wife) as mutual property and I might carry any of the ones available, even the ones that my wife "owns," depending on whim/need.

You are correct, which is why spouses are specifically exempt from transfer requirements per ss6111. The police/ADA are clearly and provably wrong.

Ya know when this is all over, it might be amusing to cut in the "facts" that the police purport with the video of what actually happened. I mean after all legal action you could have a You Tube sensation,
