I used to go there until their ammo prices got insane and saw there membership fees are going up to double what they are now. I got a membership to Holmesburg Fish and Game, now for $100 a year I can shoot my pistol and rifle. You should look in to it, nice place and nicer people.

Forman Mills on Aramingo Ave - I went to see what they had in Flyers T-shirts but didn't buy any. As I was leaving an "undercover" security guard followed me to my car and asked what I stuffed under my shirt (I was answering an e-mail on my Blackberry in the store which is in a holster of its own), my shirt was covering my G21 but was obviously printing, I told him it was my phone. He didn't like that answer and said "that's a big bulge for a phone, dude" to which I replied if you really must know it's my handgun... his whole badass attitude changed in the blink of an eye, and apologized for the inconvenience. Taco Bell Aramingo Ave. - The girl behind the counter was surprised to see someone with a gun come in I guess. The whole time she took my order she was staring at my hip, finally she asked if I was a cop, to which I replied no and used my "taking my 2nd amendment for a walk" line again. She laughed and said "that's cool as shit" and proceeded to tell everyone working there that I was "taking my 2nd amendment for a walk". A few of the black guys working the line peaked out to take a look at the white guy with a gun. Got my food and left. Last edited by phillyshooter : April 14th, 2008 at 06:41 PM. That seems to be turning in to an urban legend. I never, in a million years, thought it would be this easy to OC in the city.

Guys lets do an OC get together in Phila. We could even do an OC trash pickup or something like that, the guys who are part of the Free State Project did one, just a really great way to exercise our rights and help the community, even if its not ours specifically. Maybe change a few peoples minds about us evil gun owners and our evil guns...but i'd be up for an OC lunch or dinner as well.
