Good question. I wondered that too. Untimately that is a nearly impossible question to answer. Short of someone else (white) OC'ing there, under the same manger... But even that would not be "conclusive".

Well, that's easy. Covering in that instance is not a legal option. Therefor you could only take gun out to car, leave, or explain you can't/won't and hope they are OK with it.

Oh yes...I know the simplicity of it...I am just wondering how far the manager was willing to go with it if the OP couldn't have legally covered it up.

Curious about the "car" part with no LTCF.......

Hmmmmm....

That's VERY unfair. I have OC'd in OCB three times now. Us Roberts's used to go there sooooo often that the waitresses know me, the wife, and kids VERY well. In fact....one of our favorite waitresses got a promotion a managerial position there.

I OC way-the-fuck open (ain't nuthin' casual about it). I was at OCB just this past Sunday. I was there the Saturday before (the week before). And once before that.

OCB is the one place where I feel I'm 'noticed' more than any other place. http://www.pafoa.org/forum/concealed...tml#post269328
But everyone is MORE than pleasant to me.

I happen to know jahwarrior72 outside of the board. He's one very honest, down-to-earth dude.

I think it is F'd up that anyone gave him a hard time. The thought that they may have 'profiled' him disgusts me.

No doubt, I'm gonna be visiting there again in the near future - I'll give them plenty of Pa Patriot's hand-outs.

Grrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think I'd wanna go to the OCB here in Hbg without carrying.

I think since he was there with a herd of kids he did the best thing he could. If it had been just him and the gf maybe he'd of handled it more 'aggressively'

I don't see the need to handle these things more "agressively" There is no need to get up in some managers face and start hollering about your 2A rights. Thats how the police get called and you lose your LTCF to an overzealous sherrif. Then we'll have to read a thread about your revocation. You could just as easily comply or leave and file a complaint with coorparate later.

Dave.

I really do not think that is what he meant. By "more aggressive" I take it to mean refusing to cover and asking if they would prefer he take his $ elsewhere.
