While driving around this evening....I thought of this scenario...
Lets just say I'm OC'ing and I enter saaaaaay....a Subway (I saw the other thread) and the jerkoff manager say's.... ![]() "I'm sorry Sir, but Subway doesn't allow those dangerous gun thingies! I am goung to have to ask you to leave." Okaaaaay. So I politely comply and walk directly out of the sub shop. I untuck my shirt and ensure that my CZ-75BD is well concealed and I reenter th store. Now....the same brainiac is at the counter. What are his legal rights? He cannot ask me if I'm carrying, right? Does he have a right to not serve me....though I am perfectly calm and rational? Or am I just stirring up trouble??? Inquiring OC minds wanna know!

Gary, while I understand that it is not your question, may I comment that it is probably best not to support the business by giving them your money. If they don't care about peoples rights then stick it to their wallet.

I understand that it is private property, BUT, how is it any different than the dude at the cheesteak place in Philly putting up a sign that says order in English? Sign that says no guns, sign that says order in English? I am behind both stores on this issue, but, why isn't everyone going crazy in front of subway?????????? I didn't read about it in the news, or see it on CNN either. Hmmmmmm?

You're not allowed in my home if you're not carrying a gun - How's that for discrimination?
