If the target is a b-27 the rifle target (head shot) is about the right size for 40. .357 usually takes the head about the same way, mind you to shoot that head at 25y you are a damn good shot, or that was a big head shot flyer and you just lucked out. You have a reversed camera? seems I remember the rifle target being on the right when I used to shoot those.

not reversed no the target has the pd qual on the left and its not with a handgun its with my beretta cx4 with a handgun at 25yds id be lucky to land 10 shots on the target anywhere lol

THE FCO targets are tiny...I just use the bullseyes because the sillouettes are just silly.

But I like to use sillouhuettes to see if I ever had shoot someone if I could be effective in taking them down...I have to say I am impressed with that shooting though.

I have to look to see if I have any pictures from my targets at 25yds, but here is one from last year at 15yds. This is a TQ-15 with 50rds of .45acp (COM) and 100rds of .22lr (head). Guns were a Sig P-220 and Ruger MkII.

As for the original target being small, it is very small. Just looking at the target and bullet holes it would only take about 7 holes side by side to span the head. No way will 7rds of .40cal spans the head of a full size B-27 target. The head is 6" at the widest point.
