Default Re: IDPA at Southfork Rifle Range

Nineseven and I found ourselves busier than expected. So things came to a halt.

Would like to try and work on getting it going for next year. Biggest holdup was a timer. Southfork Range stated that they may be willing to purchase us one. Next we needed target stands. This will give me something to do over the winter.

I will take you up on the offer of advice and help once it gets going Dan. So stand by, it isn't totally dead yet. Just taking a nap.

Target stands are easy and fairly cheap to build. If you take a close look at our wooden ones you can see how easy they really are.

I personally have 2 timers and Paul and Lorenzo each have their own. So timers usually aren't a problem.

Alot of the "fun" targets are actually mine so you could use them if you wanted.

The only thing I don't really have much of is the steel poppers. I only have one full sized one and that one little guy that is part of the double pop-up.

Anything new with this?
I'd be more than willing to help as much as I can to make it happen...
