I LIVE IN PHILADELPHIA AND WAS CURIOUS IF THERE ARE ANY AR-15 TACTICAL COURSES AROUND.

I would not consider it a "class" as there is no instruction. However LRGC has a monthly practical rifle shoot. It is not super duper high speed low drag yada yada yada but it is a lot of fun. Check this link in the shoots section. This month is ladies month to bring your SO out to have some fun.

The Fire Institute offers a 3 day "tactical carbine" course in Eastern Pa. (near Pittsburgh). One coming up in June.

I am coordinating with Suarez International to have some additional classes in the Allentown area, this year and next. We are still nailing down a date for a Force on Force class later this year, and next year for either shotgun/ carbine or both.

I don't know what tactical means, but the AR is great in the High Power game and is a winner in CMP Service Rifle Matches.

You don't need a lot of equipment, rifle. 60 or 88 rounds, 2 20 rd mags, scrap of carpet 3x6.

i just got back from an AK class with Larry Vickers in virgina. well worth the 5 hr drive from philly. he is having a carbine class in july

We just finished (in May) a Close Range Gunfighting course that had a full class. Stay tuned to PAFOA or S.I. for future course schedule in Topton.
