Hey thanks a lot.. thats the place that holds the sniper shoots that Ive been meaning to try.. I'll let the old man know..

yup, thats the one.
the matches started last mth (they run mar to nov iirc), i havent been before and wanted to go, but when i woke up that morning it was flurrying, and pretty cold, the shoot was "weather permitting", so i didnt know if they'd have it or not, and i wasnt really thrilled about standing out in the cold either, so i dodnt go.

umm... how does a bowling pin shoot work?
i can get bowling pins for the great price of free... obviously they dont need to be in great shape as they will be getting shot... (i think, unless its a paper target that looks like 10 pin setup...)

not sure, like i said, i didnt get to go yet, but from my understanding, its just about 5-6 pins set up and you get timed to see how fast you can hit them all.
the pins may be substituted with steel representations, afaik. that was my understanding of how it works.

From what my dad has told me there are two classes, semi and revolver. there are 7 pins in semi and 9 for revolver with a reload. It is a timed match and the for the hit to count the pin must fall off the table. He said the primary guns used are .45 or a .357 if your good.

omg i would so love to do that... know how many times i went bowling and wanted to shoot that one pin that wouldn't go down?
guy that can get pins for free... i'll pay for some so I could shoot at them at home with my air rifle.
