I wasn't able to make it this month. My son had his Pinewood Derby (Cub Scouts) so that obviously took priority.
I'll be there for next month's though. See ya' there.

Oh wait a second, I just realized; Easter falls on the 4th Sunday of March (I think.)
I wonder if they'll move the shoot to another weekend, cancel it, or still have it.

Edited to add:
Wanted to make those that attend these shoots aware that the March Sniper shoot has been moved to the 5th Sunday in March.

(This info came straight from the guys that run it.)

****UPDATE****
I was recently informed by another board member (thanks coal cracker) that since Easter falls on the 4th sunday this month, the shoot will be held on the 5th Sunday of March.

Come one and all!

(Edit)
Sorry, coal cracker... I replied before reading your most recent edit!

Is there a requirement on what kind of gun to be used? Must it be a service rifle? How about caliber requirements, I know someone said about no .50s but is there anything else?

no ap or incendary rnd of any type (including tracers).

i thought htis was covered before but there are classes for sporter and millitary.

each of those are broken into scoped and iron (any glass is scoped, even a 0x magnification red dot)

then , eash of thaos is broken into big bore, and small bore.

iirc the cutoff point is .257" for bore size. (under 257 is small, over is big bore)
