Just an FYI for anyone who needs to have finger printing done for a Utah or Florida non-resident permit (or any other reason), Caernarvon Township Police Department in Morgantown is a good place to get it done. You should call ahead and make an appointment, because there isn't always an officer at the station. Chief Stoltz did my finger prints a couple nights ago, and he's a very nice guy. It was my first experience with the new Chief, and I walked away with a very good impression. It cost $25, which I thought was a little pricey, but it was very convenient for me, and it was a pleasant experience, so I didn't mind.
