CONCEALED CARRY PERMIT

Just moved to Bedford County, PA from Texas. I understand that the concealed carry permit is $26. Do they require passport photos, and if so, how many? How long to get the permit back? Does Bedford County allow out-of-state references? Where IS that Sheriff's department? What do I have to bring with me? Do they accept cash or just money orders/checks?

Should be around $26.00

Require Photos, but they can take them there.

Permit is given to you before you leave in almost every case.

I'm not sure about the out of state references.

I think they take cash or checks.

I have had a permit since I was 21. I'm now 31 and my permit is ready to expire next month. I will be going up to re-new.

It has been 5 years since I got mine, so I'm not 100% sure on some of your questions...but Bedford County is easy and cheap for permits.

Where about do you live?

I could meet you next week and you could follow me out to the office....it's kinda out of the way.
